Authentication 

Koch authorship was attributed by Fred R. Kline who discovered the drawing.   Kline's attribution was confirmed by Christian von Holst, editor of the Koch Catalogue Raisonne.   Note: The Koch idea was first suggested by Eugene V. Thaw.
